Construction Site Manager

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager to support our production team in managing the field aspects of repair projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, while maintaining clear communication between customers, project managers, and trade partners. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities Communication Excellence: Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress and task completion. Scope Management: Maintain a detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope, document changes thoroughly, and assist in ensuring projects meet expectations. Job Site Quality: Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and company quality standards. Trade Partner Collaboration: Partner with production management to cultivate and strengthen relationships with trade partners, ensuring quality control and timely invoice approval. Business Systems Proficiency: Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows and improve documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year construction experience; construction management preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation. Comfort and confidence using various technology platforms and business systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Commitment to personal growth and continuous learning.
