Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Immediate Opening: RN Supervisor – 11pm-7am Full-time Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful difference? Qualifications & Responsibilities Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience supervisor experience preferred Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care Educate staff, residents, and families as needed Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership What We Offer Schedule: 11pm-7am Full-time Outstanding county benefits Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Opportunities for advancement and continued professional development At Complete Care at West Caldwell, we take care of our residents—and our team—with compassion and commitment.
