Accounting Clerk

Accounting ClerkSupport the day-to-day financial operations of the company.Key Responsibilities:Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processingReconcile bank statements and company accountsEnter and verify data in accounting softwareAssist with month-end preparationMaintain organized filing systems for financial documentsCommunicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiriesPerform general administrative and reception tasks as neededPosition Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in accounting preferredBasic understanding of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applicationsExperience with ERP (e.g., Epicor/Kinetics) is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time and/or Part-TimeShift: DaysEOE Statement: PAUL'S Machine and Welding Corp is an Equal Opportunity Employer that prohibits discrimination or harassment of any type.
