The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-workin Dietitian to join our ever-growing team.

Registered Dietitian (RD)  Job Summary:

• Must have 1 year of healthcare experience with nursing home experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in EMR with point click care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MealTracker is a plus.
• Must be able to type & use computer programs proficiently (i.e., Microsoft Word).
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to complete nutrition assessments, provide diet education & attend care plan meetings of assigned residents with clinically complex diagnoses.
• Must be able to work well with the interdisciplinary team & exhibit strong communication skills.
• Ensure resident's plan of care is in place and carried out in its entirety.
• Assist with discharge planning.
• Precept dietetic interns and instruct them on the competencies required to complete the assigned rotation; providing feedback for incorporation into student evaluations.

• Must be a Registered Dietitian
• Immediate job openings are available.
• Must be able to work rotating weekends.
• Must be flexible to working hours
• Must be at the facility, per schedule (not a remote position)

Salary: Up to $90,000 a year
