What You’ll Do:

• Create customized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence.

• Use your expertise to assess, treat, and educate patients and families on recovery strategies.

• Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians to provide top-notch, patient-centered care .

• Track patient progress and celebrate improvements— every step forward counts!

• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida with a passion for subacute rehabilitation.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical skills.

• Ability to work independently while being a team player .

• Prior experience in skilled nursing or subacute settings is a plus.

• For per diem applicants: ability to work 10–15 hours per week consistently .

 

Schedule:

• Full-Time: Standard hours with occasional weekend coverage.
