Education Resource Specialist - RN, Abdominal (Kidney) Transplant (TMC) Are you passionate about advancing education and excellence in abdominal transplantation? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Resource Specialist to join our Abdominal Transplant Unit. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver educational programs for all aspects of the abdominal transplant program, including outpatient, transplant ICU, and acute care settings. Support clinical staff and transplant coordinators through advanced training, orientation, and continuing education. Ensure compliance with UNOS and CMS guidelines, integrating best practices into educational materials. Work closely with outpatient transplant teams and provide support for transplant ICU operations. Report to leadership and participate in a structured, multi‑day training program. Qualifications Must‑Haves: Active RN Texas License or Multi‑State Compact RN License (No stipulations or disciplinary actions). Master’s Degree (Education preferred). 5+ years of acute care nursing experience. 2+ years of experience as a Kidney Transplant Coordinator (must have kidney transplant experience, not negotiable). 1+ year of supervisory experience in a clinical or educational setting. A proven track record of stable work history (no job hopping without explanation). Nice‑To‑Haves Experience with Epic EMR, UNOS, and CMS guidelines. Strong communication and leadership skills.
