Process Engineer
DHD Consulting
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance yield and productivity.
Analyze quality issues; establish and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct operator training.
Validate and manage 4M engineering changes.
Drive chronic defect elimination and continuous process improvement projects.
Respond to internal audits and customer audits; maintain quality management systems.
Respond to customer and internal quality issues and resolve non-conformances.
Qualifications (Senior Role - 3+ Years Experience / Senior Engineer Title):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Industrial, etc.).
Process engineering experience in battery or similar automated manufacturing industries.
Experience in core technology elements such as laser welding, dispensing, etc.
Experience in battery inspection technology, End-of-Line (EOL), and line setup.
Ability to utilize Statistical Quality Control tools such as Minitab.
Qualifications (Entry-Level Role / Associate Engineer Title):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials, etc.).
Minitab / Statistical Quality Control proficiency preferred.
