Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• Support children in developing functional skills related to daily living, play, and school participation
• Communicate and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document sessions and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
