We're looking for exceptional professionals who share our vision and values.POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Trauma Services, the Lead Clinical Research Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of research activities that involve statistical analysis, study design support, data management, and regulatory compliance. This position serves as a key operational link between investigators, research staff, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that research projects are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with approved protocols, institutional policies, and applicable regulations.The role is responsible for assisting with the collection, organization, cleaning, tracking, and reporting of research data, as well as supporting the biostatistical needs of ongoing studies through coordination, quality control, and effective communication. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The Lead Clinical Research Coordinator must be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain organized records, support timelines for active studies, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
