For more information, please call Lisa Cole at 916-649-0832Key ResponsibilitiesPerform month‑end close activities and prepare journal entries for inventory, COGS, and fixed assetsReconcile inventory, cost of sales, and general ledger accounts Analyze variances including purchase price variances and work order variances Assist with inventory costing and related ERP activities Support internal/external audits including SOX testing and annual reviews Track capital expenditures, maintain fixed asset records, and handle prepaid amortization Prepare business property tax filings and U.S. Census reporting Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to internal accounting policies RequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field 5+ years of cost accounting experience in an manufacturing or engineering environment.
