What You’ll Do: Assisting with fieldwork (e.g., sampling of various media, site inspections, subcontractor oversight, and in a support role for field scientists) Researching, collecting, and entering data Assisting with environmental assessments of due diligence and site remediation projects Assisting with preparing technical reports Playing a key role in delivering an above‑and‑beyond experience for our clients What You’ll Bring: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Ability to work individually and in a team environment Problem‑solving skills and ability to independently seek answers to questions Must be able to write effectively and articulate outcomes to clients and team members Valid driver’s license A positive attitude and desire to learn Relevant internship, co‑op, and/or classwork experience Experience in ArcMap/ArcGIS 40‑hour OSHA HAZWOPER training Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Salary Range: 20.00 - 22.00 Benefits: Flexible Work Environment 401(k) with Company Match Verdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
