Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary This position gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to provide therapy in a remote setting while supporting clients with a wide range of behavioral health needs. You will provide intake assessments, ongoing therapy sessions, treatment planning, and clinical documentation through a secure virtual care platform. The work is steady, professional, and focused on helping clients receive quality mental health support without the barriers of in-person visits. Work Details Location: Fort Pierce, FL Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Conduct therapy sessions with clients through telehealth Complete clinical intakes and psychosocial assessments Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic support for mental health symptoms and life stressors Document services, progress, and treatment updates accurately Monitor client safety and follow proper escalation procedures when needed Protect client confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Step into a remote clinical role where your LCSW background can support clients in a practical, meaningful way.
