We are looking for a Salon Manager with a current cosmetology/barber license and passion for cutting hair! In this role, you'll manage salon operations, lead a talented team, provide excellent customer service during haircuts and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. You'll enjoy competitive pay ($22-27p/hr *effective wage), daily cash tips, health insurance, 401k with a match, paid vacation, walk-in-clientele, and ongoing training. If you're passionate about leadership, cutting hair, and client satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you! (*effective wage=base pay+incentives+credit card tips).
