Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Coach teams on Agile principles, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs, prioritize features, and maintain clear, actionable user stories. Track progress with Jira, generate burndown charts, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders. Promote cross‑team communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requirements Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast‑paced environment. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Jira best practices. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
