This full-time position allows you to make a significant difference for a diverse caseload of 30-35 students. You'll perform 2-4 evaluations monthly, developing and guiding individualized care within the school setting.

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with eligibility to practice in Georgia
• Previous experience in a school environment or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of school-based IEP documentation and processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adjust interventions accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and document findings
• Design and implement personalized intervention plans for students, focusing on improving mobility and access to the school environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes as required by school and state regulations
• Provide consultative services and training for school staff to facilitate appropriate supports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
