Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Supervisor, Microbiology Lab for 2nd shift to lead a team performing microbiological testing to support diagnostics and pharmaceutical products. This role oversees daily lab operations, schedules and coaches staff, ensures compliance with cGMP, GLP, and ISO standards, and maintains rigorous quality and safety practices. The supervisor reviews and approves test results, troubleshoots methods and equipment, supports method validation and investigations, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes in a highly regulated, mission-driven environment.
