Service Support Administrator

Main responsibilities: Answer telephone calls and emails from Customers, Service Managers and Technicians, assisting with identification of all parts supplied by Powerscreen Texas Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to determine item specifics and availability Utilise various manufacturers help desk information platforms Assist in applying Parts and materials to Service Quotations Assign parts to live Service work orders applying customer discounts where required Liaising with the Warehouse Department to ensure that all goods are requested for dispatch via packing slips Liaising with the Warehouse Department to assist in the organisation of all returned Parts Assess completed jobs to ensure that all required materials are issued Assess completed jobs to ensure that all unused parts are correctly returned to the Warehouse Department Raising Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently Provide regular updates and Parts lead times Utilise all Molson Group warehouses to organise stock to arrive at required destinations Tracking orders through pallet and courier networks Assisting the Workshop in the supply of parts when required Liaise with department personnel to assist and action any administration queries Must ensure that any Health and Safety concerns are immediately escalated to Line Manager Must ensure that company supplied uniform, and PPE is always worn according to company policy To carry out any other duties required by Line Mangers Minimum Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
