Substation Senior Civil/Structural Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Substation Senior Civil/Structural Engineer for our Engineering & Design team in the Energy & Utilities sector. In this role, you will lead the civil/structural design of high-voltage substations, including foundations, steel structures, grading, and site development. You will oversee calculations, drawings, and specifications; perform structural analysis; support permitting; and ensure compliance with applicable codes and client standards. You’ll mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidiscipline teams, and contribute to innovative, mission-critical power delivery projects that support critical infrastructure clients.
