Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies that help them achieve their goals

• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary, guaranteeing patients remain on their healing path

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing educational opportunities or additional certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
