OB/GYN Hospitalist (Per Diem)

Position Overview

Per Diem Ob/Gyn Hospitalists are needed at our Salinas, CA Practice. This W-2 position covers emergency department coverage, obstetric triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and low-volume delivery attendance for community OBs. 24‑hour in‑house coverage is required. Labor and delivery facility has nine private suites.

Qualifications

• Board Certified.
• Active California license in hand.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience.

Compensation

Pay is $170.00 per hour.

Travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) are covered for staff residing outside a commutable distance from the practice.

PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO.

Holidays: Per diem team members are not eligible for company holidays.

Other compensation: Per diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
