As a Medical Assistant, you will be an essential part of the patient care process, helping with pre-visit planning, assisting in procedures, and ensuring a smooth and comforting experience for patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist with pre-visit planning and rooming responsibilities. Collaborate with providers during procedures and help with patient care. Provide discharge instructions and additional patient support. Float between different clinic areas as needed to ensure optimal operations. Help ensure patients feel at ease throughout their visit. Qualifications: 3+ years of formal Medical Assistant experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program (or equivalent). Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required. AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
