PHYSICAL THERAPIST

As a Physical Therapist with Teton Therapy, you will provide hands-on patient care, education, and clinical leadership to help patients achieve exceptional outcomes. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide them through recovery while delivering a premium patient experience. Our primary caseload includes adults with orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. While orthopedics is the foundation of our practice, we support therapists in developing specialty interests including Pelvic Health, Pediatrics, Neurological Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, and other areas of clinical expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hands-on care in the clinic
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments, establish clear diagnoses, and formulate customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with patients to keep them engaged in their recovery and promote positive, long-term health outcomes.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare providers and team members to maintain the highest quality standards of holistic care.
• Embrace a fast-paced, hands-on environment with an adaptive and innovative mindset, taking on additional clinical responsibilities to help our clinic and community grow.
• Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and specialty training opportunities to expand clinical expertise, pursue areas of interest, and support exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree from an accredited institution.
• Eligible for (or currently holding) a valid Wyoming state license to practice physical therapy.
• New Graduates & Experienced PTs Welcome
