Shift Details: 6am-2:30pm or 1pm-9:30pm based on institutional needs and a weekend and holiday rotation. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities: Assess patients, recognize critical conditions, prioritize care, and take immediate action. Initiate emergency measures when the physician is unavailable. Operate and monitor emergency equipment, including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors. Administer prescribed medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation. Document patient status, nursing interventions, treatments, and interdisciplinary care. Assess patient care needs, assign duties based on staff skills, and coordinate care plans. Maintain adequate supplies, equipment, unit cleanliness, and a safe environment. Minimum Qualifications: Current, valid, and unrestricted WI license/certification in good standing, as required for the position. Minimum of one (1) year/s of recent experience as an LPN A degree from an accredited school of Nursing Active BLS Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
