Installation Coordinator

Installation CoordinatorWe're looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our Operations team!As an Installation Coordinator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be working closely with our customers to schedule their installation. You will be delighting our customers and providing a high level of customer service as well as maintaining communications to update them on the progress of their installation while managing the install go backs. Additionally, you will work with our install teams to schedule current install requests.ResponsibilitiesFollow up on Jobs in Progress (JIPS) & IGBs to ensure proper schedulingMaintain installation scheduling of installation managers, & creates service folders with proper documentation for IMsTakes both inbound and outbound scheduling callsPrepares customer correspondence when deemed appropriate, such as paid invoices or rebatesProvides back up and support to other members of the operations team as neededKeep continuous communications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their project are addressed and satisfiedPossibly prepares contract amendment as necessaryOther jobs duties as assignedQualificationsExcellent customer relations, empathetic & personable skillsExceptional communication skills of listening and speaking for handling customer conflictsKnowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at handMust be able to organize & prioritizeAbility to adapt well and accept feedback in a changing environmentMust be comfortable in technology driven environmentAbility to work independently & with other teammatesHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceTeammate Assistance PlanTuition Reimbursement401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual payPaid Time OffCompany Paid HolidaysPaid Volunteer TimeAnd more!Empowered to be Extraordinary.
