Customer Service Associate Location: Twin Falls, ID, US Salary Range: $14.00 to $16.00 Hourly About the Role The Customer Service Advisor position is a critical role focused on ensuring the seamless operation and support of complex systems within our organization. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in system administration or a similar technical role. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Knowledge of database management and backup solutions. Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment. Responsibilities Monitor system performance and respond proactively to any issues or anomalies. Collaborate with IT and business teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems. Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes to optimize functionality. Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports to maintain knowledge base accuracy. Participate in planning and executing system upgrades and new technology deployments.
