Join us in delivering top-quality products and unparalleled customer support. Our benefits package includes: 401k, 401k matching, Health Insurance, Health Insurance Savings Account, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance 2x Wage, AD&D 2x Wage, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year of employment This is a 2nd shift position Responsibilities:•Set up new and repeat jobs in a variety of vertical and horizontal milling machines.•Measure, examine and test parts using CMM, optical comparator and hand tools to ensure conformance to specifications.•Complete all required shop paperwork accurately and neatly.•Read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.•Gather and assemble tools, holders and fixturing.•Evaluate repeat jobs for opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.•Partner with Engineering, Quality and Management on department and shop initiatives.•Cleans and maintains machines tools to ensure all equipment stays in good working order.•The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned this classification. They are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all duties performed by personnel so classified.Train and mentor new and developing employees to ensure team and department success. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Education5-10 years related manufacturing experienceMust be detail orientedAble to manage multiple prioritiesPossesses some computer skills and is able to learn new skills as neededMust be comfortable using a variety of tools and inspection methods to ensure product quality.General knowledge of Records Control, Statistical Tools, ISO Awareness, Safety, Right to Know and Employee Handbook.Working knowledge of Document Control, Customer Prod/Equip, Product ID, Process Control, Inspection, Calibration, Inspection Status.The qualifications listed above are guidelines.
