Responsibilities Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and medication management. Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Participate in resident care planning, identifying and addressing individual needs and concerns. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control practices and facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
