Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a Forklift Equipment Operator:Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, or pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the warehouse.Loading & Unloading: Unload incoming freight from trailers/containers and load outbound shipments accurately according to shipping documentation.Inventory & Staging: Move materials to designated storage areas, rack locations, or assembly lines; perform basic inventory scans using RF gun technology.Order Preparation: Select, stack, stretch-wrap, and stage customer orders accurately for shipment.Safety & Maintenance: Conduct required pre-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S standards).Skills and Experience:High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred;1+ years of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a distribution or manufacturing environment with sit down, stand up or reach truck knowledgeForklift Operator Certification a plusExperience using handheld RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs unassisted; ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled environment.Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading comprehension skills, solid safety record, and a strong work ethic.We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!Benefits:Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount program
