Mobile Home Park Manager

Kort's Construction Services Inc

Park Manager

Mobile Home Parks in The Baton Rouge area is looking for a Park Manager to oversee clean, safe, and well-functioning mobile home communities. Previous real estate management and use of Rent Manager Software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to requests from residents
  • Provide excellent service to residents
  • Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs)
  • Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and transportation required

This is a full-time position

Salary plus incentives based on experience
