Hovnanian—who cares about the fine points as much as you do! Come create computer‑aided plans that will bring our communities to life. Responsibilities Draw accurate and detailed plans using premier CAD technology, illustrating home plans, building materials, options, etc. Develop forms, charts and other construction documents for review by internal decision-makers and future homeowners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent of 2–5 years’ experience in the homebuilding industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop and Google SketchUp. Knowledge of residential construction and structural and mechanical designs. Benefits K.
