OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Salem, NH by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Work with a safety-minded fleet operating from Salem, NH, handling OTR dry van freight across the country. Drivers run solo long-haul assignments in late-model trucks with sleepers, APUs and inverters, and benefit from reliable in-house maintenance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate dry van equipment safely on long-distance, solo routes and deliver freight per schedule.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch to manage routes, timing and exceptional situations.
• Follow DOT regulations, secure cargo properly and uphold company safety protocols.

Qualifications & Highlights:

• Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience required.
• Competitive mileage starting at 65 CPM, average weekly miles ~2,500, plus bonuses for safety and referrals.
