The Design Specialist serves as the Department’s primary creative production role and develops print and digital marketing materials supporting attendance-driving campaigns, membership initiatives, public programs, fundraising support, plant sales, exhibitions, retail promotion, and institutional visibility. The Design Specialist produces a wide range of creative materials, including advertisements, social graphics, signage, brochures, campaign assets, email graphics, visitor-facing materials, and digital content aligned with the Garden’s institutional brand standards. Ideal Candidate Graphic design and visual communications Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Print and digital production workflows Social media and digital graphics Brand implementation and visual storytelling Multi-platform campaign support Creative production and project coordination Experience with Canva, WordPress, photography, motion graphics, video editing, or digital publishing is beneficial Experience in nonprofit, tourism, cultural, hospitality, arts, museum, garden, or visitor-serving organizations is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Friends of the Mounts Botanical Garden
