Mobile Device Management/Mobile Threat Management Administrator

Responsibilities:Responsibilities:- Responsible for enterprise iOS mobility management including secure configuration of devices, registration of devices with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software, and conducting mobile threat management (AirWatch) to protect mobile devices- Manages mobility lifecycle processes including provisioning, break/fix, international travel, migration/upgrade, and decommissioning (e.g. wiping/destruction)- Maintains the MDM/MTM platform in accordance with agency security policies and procedures- Support and leads all aspects of the work of the Mobility Support Team- Troubleshoot mobility applications, end user issues, and connectivity- Provides escalated support for end users with mobility devices- Conducts root cause analysis as directed by management or Incident Management Team- Serve as a liaison between system provider and customer community to administer and implement technical solutions to meet account and contract SLA/OLA requirements- Authors Mobility SOPs - Mobility Team Continual Service Improvement (CSI) leader- Responsible to fully document assigned tickets to show all work performed in order to pass SLRs- Responsible to maintain accurate CMDB entries for assigned tickets or tasks, personally and for team membersQualifications:- US citizenship is required- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology-related discipline. Education Substitution: For each year of degree required, 2 years of experience may be substituted.8-10 years of relevant experience. - 6+ years experience with mobility-based design, development, deployment, and administration in a large iOS Mobility Enterprise environment- 2+ years experience using VMWare/AirWatch- MaaS experience a plusPosting Date:Department: -
