The Finance Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Key Responsibilities: · Assist customers in coordinating financing options in full compliance with state and federal laws · Present and sell finance and insurance products to enhance the customer’s vehicle ownership experience · Structure deals to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction · Prepare and finalize all required documentation for vehicle purchases and finance contracts · Secure lender approvals and ensure timely funding of deals · Consistently meet or exceed department goals for sales, product penetration, and compliance · Adhere to all company policies, processes, and compliance standards

Qualifications: · At least 2 + years of automotive finance experience · Professional appearance and work ethic · Motivated self-starter · Strong organizational skills · Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, staff, and vendors. · Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Bilingual a plus · Must be 19 years or older to satisfy insurance requirements · Authorized to work in the U.S.
