Job Type: Full‑time Job Overview The Knowledge Management/SharePoint (SP) Support is a key position at the National Simulation Center in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations. Support Hours Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, business systems and user needs. Support the Knowledge Management (KM) strategy and KM SOP development. Provide KM training as required. Assist with development of new KM processes, site collection development, maintenance, updates, and migrations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment. Minimum and Preferred Requirements / Education Bachelor’s degree. Experience and expertise with MOSS or WSS; experience with the MS suite of tools (Office 365) such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Experience with SP13, SP16 and SP Online with emphasis on SP Online; additionally, SP PowerApps, SP Flow, and all SP “out‑of‑the‑box” developer applications. Practical experience and expertise in SP development; experience using JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SML, IQuery, SQL Server and Web Services. Other beneficial coding languages such as R and Python are desirable for custom code writing to support development and maintenance of SP capabilities and compatibility between the organization’s SP, MS Apps, MS Teams, MS Calendars and other common KM capabilities.
