Job Description\n CloudinfraIT Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Moab, Utah.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Hospice\n Discipline: RN\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 32 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n ### Travel Hospice RN – Moab, Utah | 13 Weeks\n **Location: Moab, UT 84532\n **Specialty:** Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)\n **Start Date:** ASAP\n ⏳ **Contract Length:** 13 Weeks\n **Shift:** Days\n ✅ **Guaranteed Hours:** 32 Hours/Week\n **EMR:** Meditech (HospiceSoft/Careficient experience preferred)\n ### Requirements\n ✔ Active Utah RN License or Compact RN License\n ✔ Minimum 3 Years of RN Experience\n ✔ Hospice, Home Health, or Palliative Care Experience Preferred\n ✔ Current BLS Certification\n ✔ Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation\n ✔ Strong Assessment, Communication, and Care Coordination Skills\n ### Job Responsibilities\n • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans\n • Provide pain and symptom management for hospice patients\n • Educate and support patients and families regarding end-of-life care\n • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and interdisciplinary teams\n • Maintain accurate and timely documentation\n • Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as needed\n ### Additional Details\n On-Call: 1–3 shifts per week, including approximately 3 weekends during the contract\n Holiday Coverage Required\n ⏱ Must be able to respond within 45 minutes when on call\n CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #299196.004.
