PACU - Clinical Nurse (PRN)

This nursing position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their illness, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across care settings.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safe practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; RN licensure required.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred; ICU or ED experience is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including a minimum of two shifts per month.
