Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Setting: Fast-paced Clinic / Wellness / Immunization Environment Location: Lumberton NC Area Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: July 20, 2026

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a fast-paced clinic environment. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN will work across a variety of clinic and wellness settings to support the health and wellness needs of diverse patient populations—from pediatric to geriatric.

Clinical sites may include: Community immunization clinics Employment and occupational health clinics Wellness and preventive care clinics Workers' compensation and job safety sites Travel health clinics

The ideal candidate is confident working independently, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and consistently delivers safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of an RN or Physician
• Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments
• Perform assessments and assist with wellness screenings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Demonstrate critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and safety protocols
• Float to additional clinic sites as needed
• Deliver care efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1 year of clinic experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinic needs

Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Closed for lunch Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
