About the Sales Manager Position The Sales Manager at Brookdale Eddy Pond East, an 80‑apartment assisted living community, will be a guide for families and older adults, a team player, and a partner in developing and executing sales and marketing plans to meet community revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities Guide families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in. Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses. Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals. Participate in a 3‑week onboarding and orientation program and ongoing monthly continuing education. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience required. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred. Strong knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
