Do you excel at building, modifying, and installing interior components in aircraft? If so, Join Dassault Falcon Jet Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Reno, Nevada. Responsibilities: Fabricate,assemble,andinstallproductslikewindowpanels,headliners,decorativepanels,andaccesspanelswiththehighestlevelofqualityandcraftsmanship. Performfunctionalchecksandadjustmentsoninstalledsystemssuchasdrawers,magazineracks,doors,curtains,andtables. Install and fit carpeting and perform function tests on cockpit and cabin seats. Setupandoperatestandardshopequipment. Completetaskswithinallocatedbudgetsandscheduleswhilemaintainingqualitystandards. Adheretosafetyandregulatoryrequirements,includingcompanyrulesandBusinessUnitruleslikeToolControland5S. Assistothersasrequired. Qualifications: Atleastoneyearofbasiccarpentryorrelatedexperience. Abilitytoworkfromsketchesor3Dmodels. Proficientinusingdrills,belt,disc,anddrumsanders,andothercommonhandtoolsandequipment. Physicalandmusculardexteritytoinstallcarpets,headliners,windowpanels,PSUs,cabinetassemblies,cushions,seats,tables,andrelatedcomponents. Abletoliftaminimumof50lbs.,withorwithoutreasonableaccommodation. Abletoworkinstandingcondition,leanonthefloor,standupanddownrepeatedly,withorwithoutaccommodation. Mustbeabletorepeatedlyenterandexitaircraftusingstationarysteps/stairs,transportinginteriorfurnishing. DesiredQualifications: Technicaltraininginaircraftstructureormaintenance. Experienceinservicing,modifying,orrepairingaircraft. WorkingConditions: Exposuretoglue,resin,wooddust,andotherby-productsofinteriorfurnishing. Additional Information : This position is eligible for tech leveling to reflect varying levels of experience Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position typically falls between $28 and $38 per hour .This position is eligible for tech leveling to reflect varying levels of experience. This position is eligible for overtime and may be eligible for shift differential or relocation assistance.
