Outside Sales Representative
Full Time | Uncapped Commission | $500 per week training pay for 8 weeks

As the company continues to grow, Ridge Valley Exteriors is looking for driven, motivated individuals to join its sales team and help expand its impact in key markets.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through a combination of company-provided leads and door-to-door canvassing
Conduct roof inspections, identify customer needs, and present solutions
Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the sales process
Manage your pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
Represent Ridge Valley Exteriors with professionalism and integrity in the field
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic with the mentality and drive to succeed
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working outdoors
Ability to climb roofs and lift 40–50 lbs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset
Previous sales experience is a plus (especially D2D, home services, alarms, pest control, or windows)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
