OCM Manager- Post Acquisition

Job Description

The OCM Manager will play a key role in supporting a large scale technology transformation tied to recent acquisitions, with a strong focus on post acquisition integration and system standardization. In the early phases of the project, this individual will partner closely with program leadership and cross functional stakeholders to establish the overall change management strategy, roadmap, and core deliverables. This includes defining the OCM approach, aligning on scope and success metrics, and ensuring change activities are tightly integrated into the broader project plan.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience leading OCM for large technical projects.

• Experience supporting OCM initiatives as it relates to acquisitions.

• Proven experience successfully integrating M&A with new technologies. • Oracle knowledge is a plus.
