Volt is immediately hiring for Production Workers in Henderson, NV .


As a Production Worker, you will:


Perform the following functions in accordance with policies and procedures.
Assist production operations with material handling and rework activities; capability level: basic to intermediate
Inspect products for quality, dimensions, and compliance with specifications; capability level: intermediate
Package manufactured products using wrapping equipment and materials; capability level: basic
Follow detailed manufacturing instructions, processes, and procedures; capability level: intermediate
Support supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and priorities; capability level: intermediate
Identify and report quality, process, equipment, or material issues; capability level: intermediate
Use basic problem-solving skills to maintain stable equipment operation; capability level: basic
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; capability level: basic
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; capability level: intermediate
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; capability level: intermediate
Demonstrate flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Perform additional duties as assigned


Complete housekeeping and cleaning tasks as needed every shift
Expected to work safely and follow all established operating procedures and practices


Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required


This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity


The ideal candidate will have:


Previous production or manufacturing experience
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, stooping, and standing for extended periods
Ability to work in hot, heavy industrial environment conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment


Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Heavy industrial manufacturing environment
Exposure to hot conditions
Prolonged standing and repetitive physical tasks
Must be physically capable of performing essential job duties


Pay Range: $20.50 per hour (DOE
