Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the Operating Room setting
• Support surgical procedures with a strong focus on ENT and neurosurgery cases
• Participate in a rotating call schedule including late shifts, overnight call (11p–7a), and weekend call as required by the department
• Rotate through weekend shifts on an alphabetical basis, which may include day or night assignments
• Fulfill holiday coverage requirements including one major and two minor holidays per contract period
• May perform Charge RN duties during off-shift hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 18 months of Operating Room experience
• Strong clinical experience in ENT and neurosurgery surgical specialties
• Ability to fulfill a 4–6 late/call requirement per 6-week schedule block (1–2 lates per week, 1 overnight call, and up to 24 hours of weekend call)
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holiday shifts as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience serving in a Charge RN capacity during off-shift hours
• Familiarity with high-volume, academic medical center OR environments
