More Than an Associate Position

Our goal is to create long-term relationships with exceptional doctors. For the right individual, we offer a defined path toward partnership, allowing doctors to participate financially in the value they help create.

We believe doctors should have the opportunity to be rewarded not only for their clinical production, but also for excellent dentistry, leadership, practice growth, team development, and their ability to successfully lead and manage a practice.

This is an opportunity for a specialist who wants clinical autonomy, sophisticated comprehensive cases, collaboration with other dentists and specialists, and the potential to build meaningful long-term equity rather than simply remain an employee.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive specialist compensation.
• Path to partnership.
• Clinical autonomy.
• Established patient base and internal referral network.
• Administrative and operational support.

If you are an experienced prosthodontist or periodontist who takes pride in doing excellent dentistry and wants the opportunity to practice, lead, grow, and ultimately participate in ownership, we would like to speak with you.
