A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN) to join its collaborative clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient-care environment.

The Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct nursing care while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess patient conditions and promptly communicate clinical changes
• Provide direct nursing care to cardiovascular and high-acuity patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team

The successful Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN) will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a demanding environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active RN license in the state of practice or ability to obtain appropriate licensure
• Previous clinical nursing experience
• Cardiovascular, cardiac, ICU, critical care, or other high-acuity experience strongly preferred
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred or required based on department needs
