Our mission is simple: do the job right, treat customers fairly, and build long-term trust.Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team full-time. This position serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and technicians, helping guide customers through the repair process while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced advisor, excellent communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for automotive service and helping people.Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns.
