Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $240,000 – $311,000
• Quarterly productivity bonuses — typically adding 10–20% of base salary annually (total cash compensation potential of $320K–$370K+)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Student loan repayment: up to $80,000 through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program, with continuation contracts available; additional state-level repayment through the Arizona SLRP

What You'll Do:

• Provide routine wellness exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate care with specialists
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and PALS certifications
