Position: Custodial Lead - Enchanted Forest Water Safari
Do you take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces? We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on leader to oversee our custodial team and ensure every guest enjoys a spotless experience at the park!
What You'll Do:
- Champion our Custodial Standard of Excellence and restroom sanitation.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of custodians to deliver top-notch cleanliness.
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
- Inspect restrooms and facilities regularly, correcting issues and retraining staff as needed.
- Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times.
- Serve as a role model for attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Comfortable working with a diverse team, including those whose primary language is not English.
