Shift:  3 12-hour shifts (7AM-7:30PM) & Rotating Weekends 

Location:  Henry Ford Medical Center-Fairlane 19401 Hubbard Drive Dearborn MI 48126

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patients and their families receive the support they need. Your role is vital in fostering effective communication within the healthcare team and driving solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

What You Will Need

Required

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Preferred

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
